Flavors of nectarine, peach and orange with just a hint of sweetness and well-honed acidity will please the palate, and lead to a nice, crisp finish. While this Moscato is perfect for chilling and sipping alone, it also does very well when paired with spicy food. The mild sweetness of the wine and the spiciness of Asian fare of Cajun cuisine go incredibly well together. |
