To make shipping custom labeled wine as affordable as possible, our shipping prices are deeply discounted beyond the standard carrier rates, with rates as low as 1¢ for some destinations. Shipping costs vary based on order quantity, destination, and proximity to the winery of origin.

How Long Will It Take?

Shipping times vary based on shipping destination and proximity to the winery of origin. Orders shipped with our Regular Shipping option will typically arrive within 10-14 business days, while orders placed with Express Shipping will generally arrive within 5-7 business days.

Can I Track My Order?

Both Regular and Express shipping options include order tracking. Once your order has been placed, order status can be viewed using our Track My Order page. If you sign up as a member, you can also view your order's status in the Order History page of your member account.

As soon as your wine has been shipped, all Tracking Notifications from the carrier will be sent to you by email, including Shipping Notifications, Delivery Exceptions, and Delivery Notifications.


Do I Have To Sign For Delivery?

Federal Law requires an Adult signature (over 21) upon delivery of alcoholic beverages. The carrier WILL NOT leave your package unattended in the event that no one is present to sign for the package upon delivery. If the carrier is unable to deliver your shipment after three delivery attempts, your order will be returned to the winery. Reshipment of a wine order due to failed delivery will result in additional shipping charges. 

To ensure that someone is present to receive your wine, consider shipping to either a business address, or to a UPS Store. Make sure you check with the store first to confirm that they will be willing to accept wine on your behalf.
