| Tasting Notes: | Our Estate Zinfandel is a combination of old vine fruit from one block of our Bliss ranch and fruit from younger, head trained vines from another Bliss block planted in an old-world style. The result is a wine that has both depth and luscious fruit flavors. Aromas of berry cobbler with floral notes and black pepper are followed by a blueberry vanilla finish. |
| Production Notes: | Morning loads only, de-stemmed remaining as 75% whole berries. Coldsoaked alllots for 72 hours. 14 to 20 days on the skins.
