1. How long will it be before I receive my custom wine order?
Orders require 2 or 3 days for processing, plus shipping time from the Associate Winery. Please see our Shipping Information page for more information.
2. Will I be sent a proof of my labels?
We do not include a proof as part of our standard service. If you would like to receive a proof prior to your labels being printed, be sure to select the Digital Proofing option when you place your order. Please see Will I Get A Proof for more information.
3. Can I change the size or color of a label?
Yes. Any of our labels can be modified to your specifications although there are sometimes additional charges involved. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss the possibilities.
4. Can I get my photograph or logo scanned onto a label?
Our Custom Image Labels, Full Custom Design Labels, and Submit Your Own Design Labels include the option to upload an image. This image could be a photograph, a logo, or any other graphic file. If you select one of these labels, during the check out process you will be provided with a way to upload the image.

6. What methods of payment does Custom Wine Source accept?
For orders placed from Brutocao Cellars, Atwater Estate Vineyards, and Twin Brook Winery, we accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover Card. For orders placed from Prince Michel Winery, we accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
7. Do I need to pay sales tax?
Custom Wine Source collects sales tax where applicable. Our online order system will calculate sales tax when necessary, based on the ship-to location.
8. Can I get labels printed in languages other than English?
Yes. Just submit the text exactly as you want it to appear on the label. Be sure to include all accent marks where applicable.
9. Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, we only ship within certain U.S. states. See our Shipping Information page for details on where we can ship custom wine orders. We will be adding other states and countries over time so keep checking back.
10. What will happen if there is an error with my labels?
In the unlikely event we have made an error with your custom labels, we ship you replacement labels as soon as possible. Please contact [email protected] immediately if your order arrives with incorrect labels. Our labels are designed so that they can be easily removed and replaced without glue.

12. Can I purchase labels only, without purchasing the wine?

13. How do you select the wine on your wine list?
We search out wineries with a similar commitment to outstanding quality and a commitment to customer service. The wines are all tasted to ensure that they represent excellent value in their respective price range. When you order from us, be assured you're getting a great tasting wine at a fair price.
14. Can I purchase a sample of the wine before I order a large quantity?
Yes, we will be happy to sell you one or more bottles of wine for you to sample. Simply click the "Order a sample" link after selecting a wine from any of our wine lists, and we will ship you a single unlabeled bottle at the discounted case price for that wine.
15. Can I obtain a sample label before I place an order?
